Portal Completion Ratings

All listings in the Glass Box MKT marketplace contain a “Portal Completion Rating.”

This rating is design to give prospective investor a general sense of the level detail available from offering companies and selling securities holders in their respective offering portals.

The Portal Completion Rating can be interpreted as follows:

+1 Star	Comprehensive “Offering Profile” completed by offering party
+1 Star	Legal “Offering Documents” drafted by Glass Box Law and published by the offering party
+1 Star	Summary “Offering Video” completed by offering party
+1 Star	In the case of a direct offering portal, at least two financial reports have been uploaded into the offering party’s Data Room section In the case of a second market offering portal, all of the applicable transaction documents in the chain of title have been uploaded in the offering party’s Securities Lineage section
+1 Star	At least one other party has already subscribed to the subject offering

In some cases, offering parties may elect to list on Glass Box MKT before completing their offering portal. Portal Completion Rating are therefore dynamic and can change as new materials are added or subtracted.

Finally, the Portal Completion Rating system should not be deemed in any way to reflect an endorsement of any particular offering by Glass Box MKT, or any of its principals or affiliated companies.
